Commissioned by a customer, specialised in mass stamping work, SSEB developed multiple tools. Final customers were Volvo trucks and Renault trucks.

The order included the realization of various heat shields, with constant quality as a priority. The products were already manufactured, but their quality was inconsistent. SSEB constructed a total of eleven progressive die tools: ten deep-drawing tools and one cutting tool.

SSEB was responsible for purchasing and assembly. An external partner in Germany produced the deep-drawing tools. SSEB also arranged that part of the production was outsourced tot his German partner.
