Various materials can be used for printing!

SSEB’s 3D metal printer can print various types of metal. For instance, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and tooling steel.

The physical characteristics of these metals after printing virtually equal the standard characteristics of these metals.  Because of this, printing tooling, products and parts offers huge advantages.

Material know-how and types of materials

SSEB has integrated over 20 years of material know-how in its systems. We utilize this unique added value in 3D metal printing. We can advise you in the choice of materials as no other can. At this moment, we print mostly with the following, CE certified, materials:
– Tooling steel 1.2709
– Stainless steel 1.4404
– Stainless steel 1.4542
– Aluminum AlSi10Mg
– Inconel 718
